Chris is Managing Director and has worked in property all his professional career. He has extensive experience in the property buying market and regularly comments in the press on property matters, trends and promotes ways to simplify and speed up the selling process.

Sarah Bott

Head of Operations
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience within the financial services sector, with a strong background managing teams in both a lending and recoveries capacity, covering a large range of products and niches. CeMap qualified she has also experienced life as a mortgage and protection broker, understanding the challenges from both Lender & Broker perspectives. She is professional, approachable and thrives on building positive working relationships ensuring high levels of service are delivered.

Amy Robinson

Business Development Manager
Amy has over 15 years experience in the financial industry working with various different banks and networks. Being CeMap qualified she’s been a Mortgage & Protection Broker herself so she understands the importance of relationships and has a passion in helping people. She’s approachable and loves a chat, when she’s not working you’ll usually find her hiking up a mountain.

Sarah Barker

Underwriter
Sarah joined Apex as an experienced Lending Administrator and has now progressed to be a valued member of the underwriting team. She underwrites loans from day one all the way through to drawdown stage. She is highly organised, professional and approachable and loves building relationships and working closely with brokers to get deals done.

Catherine Pietersen

Underwriter
Catherine is one of our Underwriters. She joined us from Orchard Funding where she held the position of Senior Underwriter. Catherine has a wealth of experience gained over a number of years after moving to the UK from South Africa in 2008. She was previously with Zebra Finance where she worked her way up from an admin role to Senior Underwriter looking after a small team.

Stephanie Browne

Marketing Manager
Steph is our Marketing Manager with over 20 years marketing experience predominantly in a Marketing Management role for a range of companies in diverse sectors. She holds a CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing with skills in event management, branding, PR, project management, online and offline communication activity, idea creation and design.

Katie Gillard

Underwriter
Katie is our Underwriter and joined us from the Sytner Group where she worked for Audi’s Customer Service Department. Katie’s efficiency skills brought her to Apex along with her previous property experience gained whilst working for Your Move Estate Agents and Professional Properties meaning she also has a good understanding of the BTL market.

Claire Harris

Group Head of People
Claire has been with the business since its inception in 2013 which means she has an understanding of the challenges the business has faced over the years. She provides support for the team from an HR perspective together with various elements of other work covered within the finance team. Claire is driven by the knowledge that a happy, supported team will be more motivated and productive.
